In a two-part documentary that honors the art of political cartoons, Kenneth Baker, a former Chairman of the Conservative Party, delves into this intriguing love/hate dynamic.

Baker meticulously traces the evolution of cartooning from its early 18th-century roots, where politicians were depicted engaging in lewd acts with the devil, to the present day. He observes that what was once biting satire has been supplanted by a more "refined humor."
