简介： Dalziel and Pascoe is a widely-acclaimed British television crime drama series, stemming from the renowned Dalziel and Pascoe novels penned by Reginald Hill. The series first graced our screens in March 1996. Nestled within the picturesque landscapes of Yorkshire, the narrative revolves around the intriguing lives of two seasoned detectives. Following the release of "Recalled to Life" (Season 4, Episode 2), only one of the subsequent episodes, the two-part "Dialogues of the Dead" (Season 7, Episode 5), is an authentic adaptation of an original Hill novel. Notably, several of Hill's later Dalziel and Pascoe books did not find their way onto the small screen. The series was masterfully produced by BBC Birmingham and was showcased on BBC One, enjoying a total of twelve captivating seasons.
