简介： The series was submitted to the Sci-Fi Channel for U.S. broadcast in late 1998. The network promptly committed to airing 66 episodes, even before the first had been released. "First Wave" made its debut on the Sci-Fi Channel in March 1999. Unfortunately, due to underwhelming viewership ratings, the series was discontinued following the completion of its three-season contract in 2001.
