Having been separated from her husband just two months prior, Kim is seeking solace in overeating. Together with Kath's new fiancé, Kel, Kim's second-best friend, Sharon, and her estranged husband, Brett, they revel in the art of turning molehills into mountains and silk purses into sour ears. Kath and Kim leave no stone unturned in their quest to twist syntax and extract meaning from the most ordinary of tasks.
