简介： Ted Danson, the renowned actor from "Cheers" and "Becker," graces the screen in this humorous series that revolves around a diverse assembly of peculiar characters undergoing group therapy sessions under the guidance of a highly esteemed therapist—whose own challenges may exceed those of his patients.

Dr. Bill Hoffman, portrayed by Danson, is a prodigious therapist with a flourishing practice and the esteemed author of several authoritative psychotherapy textbooks. His status as an icon among his peers is unparalleled. However, his inflated ego is challenged when he is compelled to confront the dissolution of his 25-year marriage to his wife, Anne (portrayed by guest star Jane Kaczmarek from "Malcolm in the Middle"). Bill must also grapple with the unsettling revelation that his daughter is involved with her psychology professor—a man whose age would make him her father and who, intriguingly, is a devotee of Bill himself. The pace of change is accelerating, and Bill is finding it difficult to keep pace.

In the realm of group therapy participants, Bill faces an equally daunting task: The newest member, Dave (played by Charlie Finn from the film "The Dukes of Hazzard"), recently attempted to take his own life by jumping out of his office window, landing on his boss; Jonathan (portrayed by Jim Rash from "Sky High") proudly identifies as a metrosexual but stubbornly denies any possibility of being gay; Inger (played by Suzy Nakamura from "Dodgeball") is a 25-year-old self-made millionaire who possesses virtually no social graces and has gone without a genuine date for over six years; Darlene (portrayed by Darlene Hunt from "I Heart Huckabees") harbors a multitude of psychological issues, including an obsession with Dr. Hoffman; and Michael (portrayed by Jere Burns from "Good Morning Miami" and "Dear John") struggles with anger management at work, which prompted his enrollment in mandatory group therapy.

The ensemble will endeavor to apply the wisdom imparted by Bill to their own lives outside of therapy, as Bill grapples with his own personal dilemmas.

"Help Me Help You" casts Ted Danson as Dr. Bill Hoffman, Charlie Finn as Dave, Jim Rash as Jonathan, Suzy Nakamura as Inger, Darlene Hunt as Darlene, and Jere Burns as Michael.
