Amidst a series of prankish escapades, the 12-year-old twin boys, Zack (portrayed by Dylan Sprouse) and Cody (portrayed by Cole Sprouse), along with their mother, Carey, have become long-standing residents of the luxurious Boston hotel, Tipton. It is here that they have befriended London (played by Brenda Song) and Maddie (played by Ashley Tisdale). Zack and Cody transform the hotel into their private amusement ground, often dragging their new companions London and Maddie along for the wild ride, as they create a whirlwind of laughter, mischief, and chaos through their sophisticated new abode.
